The Podcast
This show had to come into being because I knew there were so many people out there trying to find their way onto a great career track but not enough hours in the day to help them all. I love to walk and talk either in person or over the phone, but with work, parenting and fitness demands on my time, I knew the way I was approaching it was unsustainable. I had to find a way to reach more people without taking more time away from my work, family and personal responsibilities. Turns out the key to unlocking this efficiency was actually right under the same roof. My husband is a professional podcast producer: problem solved!

Erin Sergi has been a corporate HR professional for more than 20 years. She has held roles in management consulting, recruitment, resource deployment, HR business partnering, and talent management. In her spare time, she is a career cheerleader always helping friends, acquaintances, and total strangers (you are so embarrassing mom) figure out how to move forward with their career journeys.
